Central Credit Union of Florida is worse than a bank!!!!! they charge a FEE FOR HAVING MONEY DEPOSITED OVER 13 MONTHS! Im in a Credit Union and I virtually have absolutely zero problems with it. I just have a Checking account. I dont have to keep a certain amount in either. Just put whatever I earn in and I just use my Debit Card. Im college student so I dont have any real responsibilities as of yet.
credit unions has not once caused a finicial crises unlike banks. the devils of the eonocomy.
You dam fools Credit Unions will be gradually diminished and legislated out of existence congress and senate will never allow American Citizens to have a safe untouchable place to put their wealth. This hidden legislation will maneuver the rules to the point where banks can annex the credit unions. What a bunch of full fisted morons ,credit unions will never be allowed to exist in their present forms. American people are the dumbest animals on the planet GOLDMAN SACHS BABY, BANK AMERICA BABY.

The credit union is the best. no greedy bankers! my credit union is great, if i have a question about money or credit or budgeting there is someone to help me. they also have things where they teach u how to use credit and buy a home or car. there r also no heavy fees!! infact i have days before they charge fees if u overdraw ur acct.
Credit Unions ROCK !!!! – I love how flexible they are to work with and they don’t fee me to death! I get better products and services from my credit union!
Just a minor correction, but the NCUA insures up to $250,000, and has insured that amount even before the FDIC was boosted to $250,000 due to the financial collapse. Eventually, unless Congress or the FDIC decide otherwise, the amount the FDIC will insure will drop back to $100,000.
It’s about time the national press quit selling out to the big banks and gave credit unions some kudos!

I love the credit union that I use,I have”NEVER”had a problem,and they all know my name(lol)It’s kinda like dealing with good friends.Try one out and you might also become hook’d on credit unions….
Absolutely.. I have been a member for years and I am also an employee of a credit union. They are for the member instead of being for the banker who is worried more about his large bonus every year. We also love to give loans and we like to help our members.
